Inter IKEA Centre Group was established in 2001 and manages, owns and develops commercial centres in partnership with IKEA stores. Until now we operate 30 centres in 9 countries all over Europe with a GLA of more than 1.000.000 square meters. Currently we develop projects in 4 further countries and China with another million GLA in the pipeline.
Inter IKEA Centre Switzerland manages, between Geneva and Lausanne, Outlet Aubonne and near the Italian border Centro Lugano Sud. Outlet Aubonne is the leading Outlet Centre in the french part of Switzerland with a minimum discount of 30%. Centro Lugano Sud is one of the most frequented shopping destinations in the region, and attracts visitors from Switzerland and Northern Italy.
