Inter IKEA Centre Switzerland is happy to announce great leasing activities in Centro Lugano Sud in the two last months of this year (November – December 2011).
Centro Lugano Sud, opened in March 1991, is one of the most frequented shopping destinations in the region and attracts visitors from Switzerland and northern Italy. With 50 shops, Centro Lugano Sud offers four main tenant categories product groups: home furnishings (IKEA), electronics (Media Markt), food (Coop), fashion (H&M, C&A, Bata, Vögele and many others) well as a wide variety of everyday goods and services.
In the two last months of 2011 we have enlarged our offer with new international brands:
“Calzedonia” – The Italian brand founded in 1986 close to Verona with the aim to create a new way of selling hosiery and beachwear for women, men and children.
Little more than twenty years later, the Calzedonia network boasts more than 1.400 shops throughout the world: Italy, Austria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Lebanon, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, France, Macedonia,Montenegro, UK and Slovak Republic, Romania.
“Desigual” - The customers of Centro Lugano Sud can now enjoy a great new shopping experience on 350 sqm. Desigual implemented its full range consisting of men`s, women`s and children clothing as well as a lot of colorful accessories.
“Intimissimi” – the Italian brand leader in the sector of lingerie, underwear and knitwear has opened on the 3rd December, with about 112 m2, the first store within IICG SWITZERLAND.
We are looking forward to many new partnerships with strong brands in Centro Lugano Sud in the 2012.
